If your store sells earrings, masks for direct face contact, beauty accessories, or hygiene-sensitive items, it is also recommended to add them here as non-returnable once opened, for hygiene reasons.

  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
